Compatibility Evaluation of User-Centered Information and Industrial Control Systems

چکیده
This paper presents systematic approach to evaluation of compatibility in a broad sense for user-centered and, particularly, user-model based information and industrial control interactive systems. Compatibility is considered as a multi-dimensional multi-level frame and criteria complex for coherent analysis, design, evaluation, redeployment and operational enduser-centered adaptation of human-machine interactive environments with changeable structures. Context-oriented compatibility evaluation starting from the very early phases of systems design is discussed. Practical examples of compatibility evaluation procedures under different contexts for information and supervisory control systems are given.
